I'm just a guy who's nauseous from the American Dream I ingested.

I went to college, kept my nose clean only to get out owing thousands in student loans and a job that gives me just enough to stay on the preverbal rat wheel.

And I'm sick of it! I want financial freedom!!

What I Wish Someone Would Have Told Me...

When I first started affiliate marketing I thought I was ready to work hard, but honestly, I was secretly hoping for a quick buck. Even though people told me it wasn't a get-rich-quick scheme, I was hung up on trying to get a sale ASAP.

Looking back...I wish someone would've explained it better.

Here's the name of the game: Forget about just making sales.  Our biggest task as affiliate marketers is to inform; Think about your ideal customer.

Making a new purchase can be scary, almost intimidating. They are more than likely cautious and don't know much about the product and/or services. But once we educate people they are able to make confident, informed determinations that ultimately lead to sales.

So instead of pushing for sales, focus on constantly creating content around your niche that answers FAQ's and handles any common reservations. Get involved. Just try to be helpful AF as if you were helping a close friend, and the sales will come.
